The Miami office is our original location. This is where it all began for Kandell, Kandell & Petrie. This may be our home base, but we are always branching out to new places, and finding new ways to help property owners in other states.

Our Louisiana office is our home away from home. Our first venture in property damage disputes outside of Florida. The work we do here means the world to us, and we are excited to continue our journey in this beautiful state.
