Biography

David Acosta represents clients in insurance litigation. He handles a diverse range of insurance disputes in both state and federal court. Prior to joining the firm, David practiced with a large defense firm representing insurance companies with coverage disputes and litigation. David also has experience representing companies in employment law litigation and defending personal injury lawsuits.
