Biography

Elizabeth Ward is the Director of Marketing and Business Development and a Certified Senior Litigation Paralegal at Kandell Kandell & Petrie. Backed by over 15 years of experience in property damage litigation, she has been instrumental in the firm’s extensive growth and continued success.

She obtained her litigation paralegal certification from the University of Miami in 2011, further strengthening her advanced legal knowledge and litigation skills.

With a strong background in litigation support, case management, and client relations, Elizabeth bridges the gap between legal strategy and business growth. Her combined legal and marketing insight allows the firm to deliver exceptional legal representation and a client-focused experience from intake through resolution.

Elizabeth is widely recognized within the industry; she is known for her exceptional work ethic, deep subject-matter knowledge, and strong professional network.

Born in Nicaragua, Elizabeth brings a strong sense of perseverance, cultural perspective, and values that continue to shape both her career and leadership style. As a mother of three, she values family, health, and community.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, traveling, challenging herself through kickboxing, unwinding on the golf course, and discovering Miami’s ever-evolving restaurant scene.
