Frances Q. Ibarra, FRP, is a seasoned Senior Trial Paralegal with more than 20 years of litigation experience, specializing in complex civil matters and first-party property insurance disputes. She has served as lead trial paralegal in numerous jury trials through verdict, bringing a strong command of courtroom procedure, evidentiary presentation, and trial strategy. Her precision and expertise play a critical role in preparing cases for trial and contributing to favorable outcomes, including successful verdicts and post-trial fee awards.

At Kandell, Kandell & Petrie, P.A., Ms. Ibarra is involved in every phase of trial preparation and execution.
