Biography

Jonathan Gonzalez is an Associate Attorney at Kandell, Kandell & Petrie, where he handles first-party homeowners’ and commercial property and insurance cases.

Jonathan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics from American University in Washington, D.C. He earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Florida International University College of Law

Before joining Kandell, Kandell & Petrie, Jonathan practiced bodily injury law. Working on behalf of defendants, he gained extensive experience handling a wide range of bodily injury cases, including slip-and-fall accidents, car accidents, medical malpractice, and other general negligence cases. Now advocating for plaintiffs, Jonathan brings valuable experience and a strong commitment to client advocacy.

Outside of his professional life, Jonathan enjoys playing basketball, watching New York sports, and spending time with his two pet kittens. Jonathan’s diverse experiences and passion for the law enable him to advocate for his clients, navigating complex legal issues to seek favorable outcomes.
