Biography

Victoria Gonzalez is an associate attorney at Kandell, Kandell & Petrie, practicing first-party property insurance claims.

Victoria graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s in public administration and a certificate in Digital Media and Communications. She later graduated from Florida International University College of Law with a Juris Doctor and a certificate in Intellectual Property Law.

During her law school career, Victoria was a member of the moot court team, advancing to the semi-finals of the intramural law school competition and the Billings, Exum & Frye National Moot Court Competition hosted by Elon University School of Law.

Upon graduating and becoming a member of the Florida Bar, Victoria presented oral arguments before the Second District Court of Appeals. Victoria is also a member of the Southern and Middle District Courts of Florida.
